Hypnosis is a bit like a guided focus that allows the hypnotist to speak to the part of the person that can make the changes necessary to make a difference in their life, there are many people out there who could be helped by hypnosis but have just never contacted a hypnotist, this means you are one of the lucky few who have taken that positive step to improve their life.
