Hypnosis is a bit like a guided focus that allows the hypnotist to speak to the part of the person that can make the changes to make a difference in someone's life, there are many people out there who could be helped by hypnosis but have just never contacted one, this means you are one of the lucky few who have taken that step to improve their life.
